Date: February 12th 2011

Well, the 2011 season is getting closer. Hopefully the weather starts cooperating a bit more so we can get some more sugar wood in the sugar house! As many of you know, we have added Maple candy, Maple peanuts, Maple cream and Maple sugar to our line. I've finally got it all included on the site but don't have pictures just yet. The program wasn't being too cooperative. Must be taking after the weather!

Also I've taken the News and Events off the site since we have a Facebook page and this newsletter. I think you can still get to the pages from the site map.

That's it for this time. More news will be coming up and if you need something to sweeten up your Valentine for Valentine's Day, we have just the items that will do that.
